International Compliance Trained Agency Scheme (ICTAS ™)

  • Use of the ICTAS logo is only available to fully accredited* members of the ICTAS scheme.
  • ICTAS members must ensure a significant proportion of staff are trained by PharmaCodes at least once per year with the appropriate course for their job responsibilities.
  • PharmaCodes Compliance Ltd owns the copyright of presentations, materials and information in the ICTAS members’ area. Members may use these materials for training or information purposes within the agency. Members are NOT allowed to further copy or distribute ICTAS material without written permission from PharmaCodes Compliance Ltd.
  • Whilst the advice and information contained in the members area are believed to be true and accurate PharmaCodes Compliance Ltd make no representation, express or implied, with regard to the accuracy of the information contained in this area and cannot accept any legal responsibility or liability for any errors, omissions or any business decisions based upon this information.
  • A full refund will be given if membership is terminated in writing within the first 30 days of membership. After 30 days, no refunds will be given.
  • Access to the members’ area and permission to use the ICTAS logo will cease immediately on termination of membership.

*Fully accredited means that the fees have been paid and members meet all the terms of the scheme.

Cancellations
Any request to cancel a place or places on a course must be received in writing - either email to admin@pharmacodes.com or letter - a telephone call is NOT acceptable.

If you cancel more than 14 day in advance of the course taking place, your fee will be refunded less a cancellation charge.
Less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the course, half the fee will be refunded less a cancellation charge.
If you cancel within 7 days of the course taking place, no refund will be given.

Please ensure you have an acknowledgement of your cancellation email or letter as otherwise we cannot make any refunds.

We undertake not to pass any of your information on to a third party except in as much as it may be required to reserve / organise accommodation that may be required for events such as training courses.

Opting out

Should you prefer not receive such information as is described in point 2 above and would like to be removed from our mailing list please contact us and we will ensure you receive no unsolicited communication.

Governing law

The privacy policy forms part of the terms of use of this web site. We may revise this statement at any time, without notice. Continued use of the site following any changes made constitutes your acceptance of the change.
